Blux Camera's imaginative UI design is simple and easy-to-use, but underneath its exterior lies its amazing options and features. In this tutorial we will help you learn where they're located and how to best utilize them.
There are four main directional menus in Blux Camera which are accessed by swiping up, down, left, or right. Additionally there are four functioning icons on your camera interface that open into menus when tapped or held for 3 seconds.
Filters and Modes Menu
Swipe left from the right side of the screen to bring up the Filters and Modes Menu. This menu allows you to shuffle through then select the filter and mode best suited to your shooting conditions.
To get access to the "Filters and Modes Menu" quickly, tap the effect icon.
Photo Adjustment Menu
Swipe right from the left side of the screen to bring up the Photo Adjustment Menu. Here you can manually adjust Saturation, Contrast, Brightness and Sharpness of your picture. Press the reset button to restore default settings levels.
To get access to the "Photo Adjustment Menu" quickly, tap the paralleled vertical lines.
The Photo Adjustment Menu in iPad version allows users to manually adjust Saturation, Contrast, Brightness, and Hue of the image.
Swipe down from the top of the screen to bring up the Settings Menu. Includes numerous settings such as "Shake to Reset" and "Export with the Original" which works saving the original photo when exporting a picture.
To get access to the "Settings Menu" quickly, tap the settings icon at the top right corner.
Instead of having "Ratio 4:3" in the first page of Settings Menu, users have the option to turn on/off the app sound in the Settings Menu of iPad version.
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up the Photo Album. You can check the pic info by tapping the icon at the top right corner of the screen, share them, export them to iPhone's camera roll, or delete the existing photos from the Photo Album.
To get access to the "Photo Album" quickly, tap the paralleled horizontal lines at the bottom.
P.E.A.R. technology stands for Photographic Environment Analysis and Recommendation. It includes a photographic assistant to analyze your environment and advise you every step of the way towards absolutely stunning photos.
Tap twice to view environment info.
Tap the arrow button at the top center of the screen. This menu is home to flash control, front and back camera toggle, as well as the tilt-shift (background blur) control.
In the iPad version, the "Quick Menu" is located in the top right corner of the screen. Tap the arrow button to pull it up. This menu is home to the front and back camera toggle, as well as the tilt-shift (background blur) control.
Tap and hold the shutter button to bring up the Shutter Menu. This menu allows you to change the shutter mode appropriate to your current situation.
In the latest version 1.0.4, we changed the position of Blux Mode and the way it works. This shuffle button represents "Blux Mode". Tapping this icon randomly recommends you a unique combination of filter and scene mode. This makes for some very imaginative photos and teaches you what combinations give great effects.
